Chakara (plentiful catch of fish), is in a semi-open space on an upper floor, looking out to the Arabian Sea.
For Breakfast, expect freshly-pressed juice, tropical fruit platter, a variety of egg-based dishes and typical Kerala food like Dosha/Idly/Puttu and Oottapam with Sambar & Chutney.
Lunch is a lighter affair. Served poolside or in Chakara, a sandwich of freshly-poached tuna, gherkins, egg and home-made mayonnaise. Stuffed Chapatti with Aubergine Masala and for the brave-hearted try Raheem’s Mini Meals and Biriyani.
< At dinner watch out for healthy, traditional dishes like Alleppey Fish Curry; Masala Prawns; Kerala Chicken Curry; Vegetable Korma etc. And you will want try Kerala Rose Rice – the softest, most velvety rice in the world.
